 | Toilet makes loud BANGING noise |

Question: I had a clogged toilet which i fixed with a plunger, and while i was in the process I had turned off the water to the toilet. Now the clog is gone and the toilet flushes normally, except there is a loud banging when the toilet is refilling. Seems to go away if the water is turned very low to the unit, but then it takes tremendously long to fill. Any ideas?
Answer: -It sounds like you are attempting to overclock the toilet - put the original crystal back in.Seriously, there's probably still air in the pipes. If it doesn't go away, post to home.repair unless this is one of those Far East toilets that actually does have a microprocessor and remote keypad! -Sounds like you may need a back up device.
