Question: Does anyone know where I could get some good computer clip art of Bolshevik themes? I'd like classic Stalinist depictions of Pioneers, joyous workers, soldiers with flowers in their rifle barrels, tractors, combines, etc. I don't want to have to scan CSSR currency if I don't have to go to the trouble. I want to make a really nice gag course completion certificate for an English student of mine before she leaves the US and goes home to Macedonia. Also, I'll need to have a rubber stamp or two made so the document will look official, so if anyone can suggest better slogans for them than I'd think of, I'd welcome it.
Answer: Perhaps you could find some old issues of newspapers or magazines from the E.Block in the library.
