Answer: -Roofer or handyman. -We just had an additional level put on our house and had to run new vent pipes through the roof. The plumber cut the holes in the roof, put the pipes through and then went on the roof and installed the vent couplings. Then my builder checked out the roof work a few days after and said the couplings were not installed properly. He then had the roofer come back to reinstall them which he did, and of course at an additional cost. -A roofer would give you a better job for cheaper. Not sure what type of roofing you have, but you probably will want to pull the lead ones and install a rubber and aluminum unit. Not worth repairing the lead unless you have difficult to patch roofing.
