Question: Can someone suggest me where can I bring my girl friend to have dinner on her birthday in Nov. (Prefer Seattle Area) And this place is cozy and special. But not too expensive because I am still a student now
Answer: -Serafina on Eastlake - maybe a bit pricy for you, but *definitely* worth it... -I would have to agree on Serafina's. This is where I proposed to my wife. Great ambiance, and the prices weren't too bad. Not as expensive as say a Canlis. I would say middle of the road for fine dining. You can't go wrong with it.
