Question: It is less than half the price of other brands. Has anyone used one? I don't normally look for bargains in emergency equipment, but don't want to waste money either.
Answer: -How much $$$ is the Wayne? I just installed a Basement Watchdog pump. I picked it up for about $115 on ebay, plus an additional $80 or so for the battery and acid at HD. It seems to be a great little backup pump and very cheap insurance in case of main pump or power failure. -It is about $135 at Harbor Freight. I have seen others for over $300, but if it seems sound to you then it should be fine.
